Glam + Glo Studio requires all appointments to be reserved with a credit or debit card, including appointments made online. Any appointment that is not secured with a credit card at least 24 hours before the reserved appointment time may be subject to cancelling.
Please Arrive to your appointment 10 minutes early. If you are running late, please let me know asap! If you are more then 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. If you arrive late we may not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we will have to reschedule and will be charged a no-show/late cancellation fee. Out of respect and consideration for the stylist and other customers, please do your best to be on time.
I take my business very seriously and will be at your appointment rain or shine. I understand that things come up and emergencies happen. I promise to be courteous with your time, so please be courteous with mine. If you need to cancel, please let me know ASAP, with at least 24 hours in advanced, to avoid being charged a late cancelation/no show fee.
Why do I need my Credit Card on File?
Do to an increase in last minute cancellations or no-shows, I now require all clients to have a card on file. If you decline to have a card on file, you will be required to pay for your service in advanced. This ensures you that you will have the appointment you requested & It ensures me that you will be there at your appointment
You will not be charged, until the time of your appointment. If you have any discount codes or coupons you would like to redeem, please provide the details in the notes while booking. Your final balance will be adjusted accordingly at the time of service.
Keep in mind, when you no-show to your appointment you are taking an appointment time away from someone else that may have requested that time. If you cancel last minute or do not show up to your appointment, It does not allow me enough time to contact a client on the waiting list.
